Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to take ownership of hands-on daily development for our Incentive Creator platform. You will be responsible for cloning and customizing base code for new clients, building complex HTML/CSS/JS interfaces, manipulating PHP/MySQL API endpoints, and maintaining critical Python and Node.js automation scripts. You will act as the bridge between backend data logic, automated generation scripts, and frontend visual rendering of enterprise-grade assets.

Responsibilities

Frontend Customization & Development: Build and modify highly responsive, dynamic web interfaces for new client instances using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX. Design custom user experiences within our proven architectural framework while adhering to strict code standards including Hungarian notation and specific comment structures.

 

 

 

 

Backend Architecture & Database Customization: Clone and customize API endpoints, business logic, and MySQL database tables for new SaaS instances using pure Object-Oriented PHP. Maintain the strict architectural boundary separating the frontend application from the core data API to ensure scalability and rapid client provisioning.

 

Data Processing & Automation Pipeline Maintenance: Run, maintain, and optimize highly concurrent Python scripts using libraries such as pandas and requests to ingest, filter, and join multiple remote CSV/JSON data feeds into actionable payloads. Ensure reliable batch-processing operations that handle complex market logic, dealer data, and model specifications.

 

Asset Generation & Headless Browser Automation: Maintain and enhance scripts utilizing multiprocessing, asyncio, and subprocess to orchestrate headless browsers (via Pyppeteer or custom Node.js scripts) for batch-rendering HTML assets, capturing screenshots, and generating video content using moviepy. Manage thousands of localized assets across diverse client requirements.

 

Code Quality & Continuous Delivery: Manage your own continuous delivery pipeline by writing clean, production-ready code that passes automated QA processes.

 

Strictly adhere to platform architectural principles, implement dynamic templating across HTML/CSS/JS layers, and maintain comprehensive documentation following established coding standards.

 

Qualifications

 

• 7 –10+ years of deep, hands-on experience building custom web applications in a pure LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
• Expert-level JavaScript and jQuery proficiency with mastery of vanilla JS, complex asynchronous AJAX logic, and DOM manipulation (no React, Vue, or Angular experience required)
• Advanced Python proficiency including pandas for dataset manipulation, multiprocessing and threading for batch processing, and experience maintaining complex automation scripts•
• Headless browser automation experience using Pyppeteer, Selenium, or equivalent tools for automated visual asset generation and browser task automation
• Proven portfolio of large-scale, production-grade projects demonstrating self-management, code quality, and technical depth Demonstrated maturity and ownership in managing timelines, code standards, and stakeholder communication in remote team environments
