Recruitment Assistant
About this role
- 4 months temporary Recruitment Assistant role.
- Conduct candidate sourcing and outbound calls to prospect applicants, screen qualifications, verify availability, and maintain regular communication with potential candidates for current and future vessel requirements. (TAP, Jot form, referrals , FB, Linkedin Etc.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by updating candidate TAP database, recording call outcomes in the recruitment system, and continuously identifying qualified seafarers who meet company and vessel requirements.
- Support recruitment activities and coordination by scheduling interviews, assisting in candidate endorsements, following up on application requirements, and ensuring timely recruitment progress to meet vessel takeover manpower demands.
- 4 years Bachelor degree graduate
- Can commit for 3-4 months onsite work in our Asean Office
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data analytics skills
- Familiarity of social Media Management such as Facebook, Canva
- Document Management
- Formal business communication skills
