HR Assistant
About this role
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including collection of pre-employment requirements, preparation of HR forms, onboarding documentation, exit clearance processing, and maintenance of employee records.
- Maintain HR databases, SuccessFactors records, DMS filing, employee master listings, organization charts, staff movement records, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR administration processes such as employment contracts, confirmation, promotion, transfer and HR letters, leave administration, COE requests, employee records management, and HR audit requirements.
- Provide support for Total Rewards activities including payroll updates, employee movement reporting, enrollment and updates for SSS, PhilHealth, HMO, Life Insurance, and other employee benefits programs.
- Assist in Learning & Development initiatives such as onboarding training administration, training coordination, course tracking, and learning records management.
- Provide administrative support for regulatory compliance documentation, including DMW reporting, PDOS/CAEP scheduling and recordkeeping, DOLE-related documentation, foreign national reporting, annual medical report submissions, and other statutory paperwork.
- Coordinate logistics for employee engagement, wellness, recognition, and social activities, including wellness programs, distribution of employee surveys, and service awards.
- Participate in HR projects, process improvement initiatives, reporting requirements, and other duties as may be assigned by HR Management.
- This position is a 6-month fixed term contract.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 1-2 years experience in HR, administrative is preferred.
- Intermediate level of knowledge of HR processes and labor compliance.
- Records management and document control.
- MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS/SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Documentation and record management, confidentiality and integrity.
