About this role
- Manage scheduling and shift assignments to optimize caregiver utilization
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts using sound judgment
- Foster strong relationships with clients and caregivers to support effective communication and collaboration
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous scheduling experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
