WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Guide students safely across intersections
- Keep an eye out for unsafe drivers or suspicious activity
- Communicate clearly with kids, parents, and school staff
- Maintain a positive, professional presence every shift

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT
Stop paddle, reflective vest, whistle, plus optional items such as a cell phone, rain gear, reflective gloves, a reflective cap, first-aid supplies, warm winter gear, and traffic cones.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 18 years or older
- Able to work independently and stay calm in emergencies
- Comfortable interacting with children and the public
- Physically able to work outdoors in all weather
- Effective English communication
- Basic knowledge of local streets
- Completion of required training
