Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic legal support for comprehensive corporate management and daily business operations.
- Draft legal documents to support internal business needs.
- Assist in collecting and compiling evidence for various litigation and legal dispute matters.
- Support the management and protection of confidential company information.
- Handle administrative work related to intellectual property management.
Education, Professional Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 3 years of in-house legal experience.
- Litigation experience in a law firm is preferred.
- Bar admission in the PRC.
- CET-6 English level, or ability to use English as a working language.
- Ability to read English legal documents and possess basic English drafting skills.
