CNC Programming & Manufacturing Supervisor

Develop and modify CNC mill programs using CAM (GibbsCAM) to specific drawings while supervising hourly operators in a union workforce. Responsible for manufacturing quality products to meet established schedules while maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsible for safety and environmental compliance of department

Program all CNC Mills

Plans and assigns work according to employees’ ability and urgency of production

Requests manufacturing process changes to improve quality and costs of products

Supervise and schedule all daily activities within department of responsibility

Maintain department production and project schedules

Responsible for employee utilization and efficiency

Responsible for product quality

Schedule and approve all hourly employee labor hours

Work overtime as needed
