What would you do in this role?
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES, including but not limited to the following:
- Source for positions to attract qualified applicants by using cold calling, data mining, external job board searches etc...
- Actively work within Workday to identify, track, monitor, process, and hire candidates
- Evaluate the profiles of potential candidates by conducting preliminary phone screen assessments
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and courtesy when assisting any candidates via phone, email, and in person
- Document information into Microsoft Excel for tracking, trending, and monitoring
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma and/or equivalency certification required
- Needs to be able to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities in a constantly changing environment
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment that demands flexibility and creativity
- Must demonstrate proficiency in internet navigation and web-based programs
- Must have basic Excel experience
- Must be comfortable using a laptop computer and software
- Must have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Previous recruiting/sourcing experience is a plus
