Position Overview
- Provide outstanding service to our customers and other company departments
- Rent out vehicles and manage returns using custom software
- Ensure rental agreement is completed effectively
- Balance vehicle utilization across fleet
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance
Rental Associates must be able to:
- Exhibit reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- Remain flexible and willing to perform additional duties as needed
- Manage time and details in a sometimes hectic environment
- Process administrative tasks using a PC and paper filing systems
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels
- Park cars safely in tight spaces
Other skills and abilities
- Describe the operation of modern Toyota vehicles to customers
- Comply with company dress code and grooming requirements
- Comply with required health and safety regulations
- Adherence to all Company standards, state and federal laws and regulations
