The Global EHS Engineer supports ADI's global Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Sustainability programs through data analysis, reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role is responsible for EHS and sustainability metrics, carbon accounting, ESG reporting, management systems, and driving safety and environmental performance across global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze global EHS and sustainability data and metrics.
- Lead carbon accounting and GHG emissions reporting (Scope 1 & 2; support Scope 3).
- Support ESG reporting and sustainability disclosures (CSRD, GRI, GHG Protocol).
- Drive data-driven improvements in safety, sustainability, energy, water, and waste reduction programs.
- Support ISO-based management systems (ISO 14001, 14064, 45001, 46001, 50001).
- Participate in audits, compliance assessments, and benchmarking activities.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders on sustainability and safety initiatives.
Qualifications
- BS degree in Environmental Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in environmental, sustainability, health, or safety programs.
Preferred Skills
- Sustainability reporting and ESG frameworks (CSRD, GRI, GHG Protocol).
- Carbon accounting and GHG emissions management.
- Knowledge of ISO management systems and EHS regulations.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with data analytics, digital transformation, and AI-enabled solutions is a plus.
- Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NIOSH and DOT regulations
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
