About this role

Amp Up Your Career

We are seeking a Sales Performance Specialist who is ready to join an organization that combines passion and performance to shape a better world. As a Global Top Employer 2026, Amplifon is a place where your expertise improves lives and accelerates your career.

In this role, you will use data to help our businesses better understand what is driving retail performance and where opportunities exist to improve. You will partner across our Americas business units to investigate sales and operational trends, build reports and dashboards, and turn complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.

This is an opportunity for an analytically minded professional who enjoys digging into business questions, building new ways to evaluate performance, and finding the story behind the numbers. The role combines hands-on Power BI and Excel work with commercial problem solving and offers room to help shape new capabilities within our Retail Excellence team, reporting directly to the Americas Sales Performance Manager.

Compensation: Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be $70,000-$85,000.

Hybrid Work: We require team members to be in our downtown Minneapolis office three days per week, offering flexibility while fostering in-person collaboration.

Benefits Offered:

  • Health & Financial: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company match, family hearing aid benefits, and tuition reimbursement.

  • Work-life Balance: Generous vacation, safe and sick leave, paid holidays, paid volunteer time off, parental leave and bereavement.

  • Well-being: Access to our Wellness Hub and Employee Assistance Program (EAP), providing holistic support for you and your family.

  • Career Development: Access to Ampli-Academy, LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, team training, and additional specialized training.

  • Commuter Support: Reimbursement for transportation (parking downtown, bus or train).

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze Sales & Retail Performance

  • Analyze sales, customer, and store-level operational data to identify performance trends, opportunities, and underlying business drivers.

  • Investigate business questions across areas such as store performance, sales funnels, appointment activity, show rates, and other retail KPIs.

  • Identify patterns and behaviors within the data that can inform best practices and improve sales growth, retail efficiency, and profitability.

  • Translate analysis into clear findings and practical recommendations for business partners.

Build Reporting & Analytical Tools

  • Build, refine, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that make performance data accessible and actionable for regional and business unit teams.

  • Aggregate and manipulate data from existing sources to create clear, consumable reporting and analysis.

  • Support existing recurring reporting while also managing ad hoc analytical projects and new business questions.

  • Explore new approaches to measuring performance and help determine which analyses and reporting capabilities will create the greatest business value.

Partner Across the Americas

  • Support performance initiatives across our Americas businesses, including Canada, LATAM, Miracle-Ear, and Amplifon Hearing Health Care.

  • Partner with Sales, Retail Excellence, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to understand business questions and gather the information needed to evaluate them.

  • Communicate analytical findings in a clear, practical way that helps business partners understand opportunities and make informed decisions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, retail analytics, consumer insights, performance management, finance, or a related analytical or commercial role.

  • Hands-on experience building reports and visualizations in Power BI.

  • Strong Excel skills with experience manipulating and analyzing data.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to move from a business question to an actionable insight.

  • Ability to clearly communicate analytical findings to business partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in retail, sales, consumer insights, or another commercially focused environment.

  • Curiosity and a willingness to question assumptions, explore new approaches, and dig deeper into the data.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt as business questions and needs change.

  • Comfort working in a role where every project may not have an established process or predefined answer.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to independently execute analytical projects from initial question through recommendation.
