Senior Executive, Vial Washing
About this role
To follow safety rules in the premises according to the company norms.
•Timely completion of SOPs Training and On the job trainings related to External washing , Vial washing area and visual inspection area
•Monitoring of DP, RH and temperature area in External washing , Vial washing area and visual inspection area
•Responsible for Maintenance and cleaning of External washing, Vial washing area and visual inspection area
•To maintain the BMRs and other log books in the External washing , Vial washing area and visual inspection area as per cGMP and SOP
•Cleaning and sanitization of drain points in External washing and Vial washing area.
•Operation and cleaning of dynamic pass box in External washing and vial washing area.
•Responsible for the operation and cleaning of EDM Activity.
•Operation and Cleaning of glove integrity and filter integrity testers
•Responsible to perform the in process checks during operation
•To ensure cleaning and storage of change parts as per the procedures
•Operation and cleaning of vial washing machine and Depyrogenation tunnel.
•Responsible for decartoning activity.
•Operation and cleaning of visual inspection table and operation of Lux meter
•Responsible to perform visual inspection of the products /media filled vials and PFS as per the sop
•Responsible for the Operation and cleaning of Automatic visual inspection and X-RAY machine
•Responsible for the co-ordination with cross functional departments like QA,QC, warehouse Engineering
,HR and administration for the day to day activities .,
•Responsible for timely completion of calibrations and validations in coordination with EN and QA related to visual inspection,External washing and Vial washing area
