基本要求
- 具有医学、药学或相关专业大学专科及以上学历；
- 掌握所推广药品的药理毒理、功能主治或适应症、联合用药、不良反应、禁忌症和注意事项等知识；
- 经公司培训并考核合格；
- 不得存在法律法规禁止从事医药代表工作的情形。
1. 计划管理（Planning & Execution）
- 与直线经理及相关团队协作，根据区域及客户需求制定并执行药品学术推广计划；
- 合理安排客户拜访、学术交流及相关推广活动；
- 定期回顾工作进展，持续优化工作计划及执行效果。
2. 药品学术推广与客户互动（Academic Promotion & Customer Engagement）
根据《医药代表管理办法》开展药品学术推广活动，主要包括向关键医疗卫生机构工作人员：
- 传递药品相关信息；
- 沟通并协助合理使用药品；
- 收集、反馈药品临床使用情况、药品不良反应及临床需求等信息；
- 开展专业客户拜访、学术交流及疾病教育活动，支持医疗卫生专业人士对产品及疾病领域信息的了解和认知。
- 通过向医疗卫生专业人士传递药品相关信息，开展专业沟通与学术支持，协助医疗机构合理使用药品以支持渠道覆盖及业务运营顺畅
3. 客户洞察与信息反馈（Insight Generation & Feedback）
- 建立并维护与医疗卫生专业人士的专业沟通渠道；
- 了解客户学术需求、临床实践需求及市场动态；
- 及时收集、分析并反馈客户意见、市场信息及业务相关洞察；
- 为学术推广活动及业务决策提供支持。
4. 资源整合与团队协作（Collaboration & Resource Coordination）
- 与市场、医学、商务及其他相关团队保持紧密合作，共同支持学术推广活动开展；
- 参与学术会议、专业项目及相关活动的组织与执行；
- 主动分享经验与最佳实践，促进团队协作与共同成长。
5. 专业发展与合规管理（Professional Development & Compliance）
- 持续提升产品知识、疾病领域知识及专业推广能力；
- 如实、准确地传递药品相关信息，确保学术推广内容的科学性和准确性；
- 按合理业务需求和公司规定，合理制定药品学术推广活动计划并管理活动预算，确保会议真实，合理，符合政策要求；
- 完成公司要求的培训及能力认证。
严格遵守国家法律法规（包括但不限于《医药代表管理办法》）以及公司各项政策要求。
