Salary: £30,866 – £36,135 + 15% weekend allowance
Hours: 39 hours per week
- Monday – Friday: 07:45 – 16:45
- Weekend rota (1 in 3): 07:45 – 15:15
- On-call rota included

The role
- Plumbing maintenance across site (reactive and planned)
- Mains water repairs and fault finding
- Inspections, water sampling and compliance work
- Identify and repair faults on equipment
- Support wider FM team when needed
What we’re looking for
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating (essential)
- Experience in maintenance (commercial or similar ideal)
- Legionella awareness (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, practical and able to work as part of a team
Prison Security clearance and Standard DBS required – full support provided by Amey.
