Position Summary:

Required to provide the highest level of response and service supports to customers of Taylor Hobson Japan

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install TH instruments, accessories and software.
  • Conduct IMS testing and customer-requested buy-off testing
  • Provide operator training to customers for order closure.
  • Provide solutions within customers’ accepted downtime.
  • Play front-line sales role to lead AMEcare orders.
  • Provide solutions to customers’ operating problems which may require applications knowledge on the instrument.
  • Proactively learn newly developed software as well as instruments to promote those to customers.

 

Requirements for Consideration:

  • Educated mechanical and/or electrical engineering knowledge in an institute or college.
  • Experience as R&D engineer, service engineer, production engineer or sales engineer in former jobs
  • PC skills
  • Business communication skills
  • Reading & writing English skills
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.

 

Experience/Qualifications:

  • B to B experience in former jobs.
  • Verbal English skill
