We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineering Graduate to join our engineering team supporting the development of Thermal management, and related mechanical systems.

 

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle, including system design, analysis, prototype development, testing, manufacturing, and product industrialization. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced engineers, manufacturing teams, and suppliers to develop innovative and reliable products while building expertise in system engineering, design for manufacturing, and production readiness.

 

The ideal candidate will possess strong engineering fundamentals, analytical thinking, CAD proficiency, and a passion for solving real-world engineering challenges within a collaborative global environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, analysis, integration, and validation of ECS, APU, HVAC, and thermal management systems under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Assist in the development of mechanical components and assemblies, ensuring compliance with performance, quality, and engineering standards.
  • Participate in prototype builds, testing, manufacturing trials, and product validation activities to support product development and industrialization.
  • Develop and review engineering drawings, CAD models, BOMs, and technical documentation using standard engineering practices and GD&T principles.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams to identify design improvements and support Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) initiatives.
  • Analyze engineering problems, conduct root cause investigations, and support continuous improvement activities related to product performance, quality, and cost.

 

Skills:

  • Strong fundamentals in Mechanical, Thermal, Manufacturing, or Systems Engineering.
  • Knowledge of CAD tools such as Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar 3D modeling software.
  • Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T principles, and ASME Y14.5 standards.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, fabrication, welding, assembly, additive manufacturing, or reverse engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret test data and engineering results.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global engineering teams.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Master's Degree (preferred) or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Thermal, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or related Engineering disciplines.
  • 0–2 years of experience.
  • Relevant academic projects, internships, research work, Formula Student/Baja participation, or hands-on manufacturing experience will be considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrated interest in mechanical systems, thermal management, product development, and manufacturing engineering.
