Job Description:
Deine Aufgaben
Während deiner Ausbildung lernst du alle wichtigen Bereiche des Personalwesens kennen:
Unterstützung im Recruiting und Bewerbermanagement
Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen
Kommunikation mit Bewerbern, Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften
Unterstützung bei der Personaladministration
Vorbereitung von Arbeitsverträgen und Personalunterlagen
Mitwirkung bei der Personalplanung und -beschaffung
Organisation von Vorstellungsgesprächen
Kennenlernen arbeitsrechtlicher und tariflicher Grundlagen
Required Skills and Education
Das bringst du mit
- Einen guten Schulabschluss (Mittlere Reife, Fachhochschulreife oder Abitur)
- Interesse an Personalthemen und wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
