We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Supervisor to support our service leadership team and help manage day-to-day operations for our residential HVAC service technicians. This position reports directly to the HVAC Service Manager and plays a key role in ensuring high-quality service, strong technician performance, and excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities
As an HVAC Service Supervisor, you will assist with managing the service team and supporting the daily operations of the HVAC service department.
Assist with supervising and developing the HVAC service team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
Help coordinate technician schedules, daily assignments, and service priorities
Support the Service Manager in maintaining efficient operations and high-quality service delivery
Monitor technician performance, workmanship, and customer satisfaction
Ensure materials, parts, and equipment are ordered and available for scheduled jobs
Review departmental reports including inventory, tools, vehicles, and service metrics
Conduct job site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Review payroll records to ensure technicians are properly compensated
Ensure technicians have the tools, equipment, and resources needed to complete service calls
Support dispatch operations to ensure appropriate technician assignment and scheduling
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
Vocational training or equivalent HVAC experience
Minimum 2 years of HVAC service field supervisory experience
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and financial awareness
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office preferred)
Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, service operations, and technician workflow
