We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead residential HVAC installation operations, manage HVAC installation teams, and ensure high-quality heating and air conditioning system installations across multiple job sites. If you have strong experience in HVAC installation management, residential HVAC systems, and leading HVAC install teams, this is an opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead, schedule, and develop the residential HVAC installation team
Oversee daily HVAC install operations across multiple job sites
Monitor installation quality, safety, and performance standards
Manage hiring, training, and performance of HVAC installers and install helpers
Ensure HVAC installations meet local code requirements and company standards
Coordinate with homeowners, inspectors, and internal departments to ensure successful HVAC system installations
Manage scheduling, materials, trucks, and job reporting for the HVAC installation department
Resolve field issues and support installers with technical guidance
Oversee facility operations and equipment maintenance
Support pricing approvals and subcontractor coordination
This role plays a critical part in maintaining the performance and growth of the residential HVAC installation department.
Qualifications
What You Need:
6+ years of HVAC installation experience or HVAC management experience
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including airflow, gas piping, electrical components, and system installation
Proven leadership experience managing HVAC install teams
Valid driver’s license and knowledge of HVAC code compliance
Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills
Experience managing job schedules, materials, and installation crews
