SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm & Occasional Fridays 6:00 am – 11:00 am

We’re expanding and currently hiring for multiple full-time positions offering consistent 40–45 hours per week, no Saturdays, and a strong benefits package, including free access to our healthcare clinic starting on day one for employees, spouses, and children, plus two company-wide shutdown weeks.

LEE Industries is seeking Inside Upholstery artisans with the following qualifications to carry on this tradition of excellence.
SUMMARY
Operate topstitch (double needle) machine to follow blind seam on cushions and flatwork.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Operating topstitch machine to sew parts, for both cushion and flatwork jobs to meet production schedule
- Responsible for being efficient and meeting quality standards
- Able to read and comprehend tickets/specs, etc., to ensure accuracy.
- All other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Furniture Topstitch (Double Needle) sew experience (2+ years)
- LEAN Manufacturing a plus
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work full time
- Effective communication skills
- Good organizational skills and detailed oriented
- Basic Computer Skills
EFFORT
- Must be able to lift/handle/carry 25 lbs. +
- Long periods of sitting
- Able to work independently
- Responsible for being efficient and meeting quality standards
