You will work with warm leads, conduct client appointments, explain benefit options, and provide support throughout the insurance decision-making process. If you are organized, coachable, and enjoy meaningful conversations, this could be an excellent next step.
Your Day-to-Day
Connect with individuals, families, union members, and association members
Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
Review insurance needs and explain benefit options clearly
Follow up with clients to ensure questions are answered
Build trust through professional, timely communication
Participate in team training and coaching sessions
