What You'll Do
As a Remote Benefits Specialist, you'll help individuals and families understand their available protection options while providing professional, personalized service.
🤝 Customer Service & Client Support
Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits
Listen to client needs, priorities, and concerns
Answer questions clearly and professionally
Provide personalized guidance based on individual circumstances
Assist existing clients with applicable policy questions and reviews
Help with beneficiary information and policy-related service needs
Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
Build long-term relationships through trust and dependable service
