A military or veteran-family connection is not required to apply. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who share a genuine desire to help others.
What You'll Do
🤝 Support Individuals & Families
As a Remote Benefits Specialist, you'll meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments and provide professional, personalized assistance.
Responsibilities may include:
Conduct scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Connect with individuals interested in learning about available benefits
Listen to each client's needs, priorities, and concerns
Answer questions regarding available benefit and coverage options
Provide clear, professional explanations
Assist with applications and enrollment
Conduct applicable policy and benefit reviews
Assist existing clients with beneficiary and policy-related service needs
Provide ongoing follow-up and customer support
Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
Build long-term relationships through consistent, dependable service
🛡️ Educate Clients About Their Protection Options
Once appropriately licensed, you'll help individuals and families understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, you'll learn to identify individual needs and help clients evaluate the options available to them.
The goal is to provide an experience centered on:
Education → Understanding → Personalized Guidance → Ongoing Service
This role combines customer service, relationship management, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales.
📞 Qualified Client Opportunities – No Traditional Cold Calling
Spend more time serving people and less time searching for prospects.
Representatives connect with qualified client opportunities, including individuals and families interested in learning more about available benefits.
No purchasing leads and no traditional cold calling.
Your focus is on building relationships, understanding client needs, educating families, and delivering professional service.
🏠 100% Remote / Work From Home
Build your career without the daily commute.
Client appointments, training, coaching, and team collaboration are conducted virtually.
You'll have the opportunity to:
Work from home within the United States
Conduct virtual client appointments
Participate in online training and coaching
Collaborate with teammates remotely
Use modern digital business systems
Build a schedule around your professional goals
Flexibility comes with responsibility. Successful representatives maintain the consistency, availability, and accountability needed to serve clients and achieve their goals.
💰 Weekly Performance-Based Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity, not a guaranteed hourly or salaried customer service position.
Compensation opportunities may include:
Weekly commission payments
Performance-based bonuses
Renewal and residual income opportunities
Recognition incentives
Leadership compensation as you advance
Additional performance-based rewards
Uncapped Commission Potential
There is no predetermined earnings ceiling on commission-based production.
Individual earnings vary based on activity, production, consistency, and results and are not guaranteed.
📚 No Experience? We'll Help You Learn.
Previous insurance experience is not required.
Training and professional development may include:
Structured virtual onboarding
Insurance licensing guidance
Product and benefits education
Customer service development

Weekly coaching and virtual workshops
Leadership development
Ongoing professional education
We value work ethic, professionalism, coachability, communication skills, and willingness to learn as much as previous experience.
🎓 Insurance Licensing
You do not need to already have an insurance license to apply.
Because representatives discuss and enroll clients in insurance products, candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting activities that require licensure.
Licensing guidance and support are provided.
❤️ Benefits & Professional Support
Qualifying representatives may have access to:
Medical insurance reimbursement opportunities
Company-supported life insurance
Accidental Death Benefit coverage
Union representation and professional support
Renewal and residual income opportunities
Leadership development programs
Professional coaching and mentorship
Virtual technology and business resources
Eligibility and qualification requirements may apply.
✈️ Recognition & Performance Incentives
Performance may also create opportunities to qualify for:
Company-sponsored incentive travel
Leadership conferences
Professional development events
Performance contests and awards
Team recognition programs
Additional leadership opportunities
Incentives are performance-based and subject to applicable qualification requirements.
📈 Career & Leadership Growth
Your first role doesn't have to be your final role.
Representatives who demonstrate consistent performance, professionalism, initiative, and leadership potential may pursue opportunities such as:
Benefits Specialist → Client Advisor → Trainer/Mentor → Team Leadership → Management
Advancement is based on performance and professional development—not simply tenure.
