Pay Range: $15.16 for first years, $16.16 for returners

Position Summary

Cast Members aboard The Polar Express Train RideTM are responsible for the entertainment of guests for a 55 min show performing 3 shows per night over the course of the season. Chefs and stewards are the face of the show for each train car, working in pairs to entertain the guests. Elves are the Dancers at the North Pole for when the train arrives. Hero Kid has integral moments at the beginning and end of each show. Cast Members must be high energy and have the ability to perform multiple shows per night. Cast Members may also be required to fill other roles as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Entertain 24-42 guests per show, 3-4 shows per night using provided script and improvisational moments
Safely board and de-board guests
Clean and inventory props
Transport necessary props and guest amenities to the Train
Other duties as necessary

Qualifications

Must be able to talk to crowds of up to 50 people
Acting experience preferred but required
Dancing experience preferred but not required
Ability to sing and lead carols
Able to maintain high energy through up to 4 performances over 5 hours
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Will be required to work evenings, weekends, holidays
