Clubhouse Maintenance Attendant
About this role
- Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse interiors including restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas, offices, and common spaces
- Perform routine light maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, minor repairs, unclogging drains, tightening fixtures, and basic troubleshooting
- Conduct regular inspections of the clubhouse to identify maintenance or safety concerns
- Support upkeep of outdoor areas including patios, walkways, and entryways
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture or equipment as needed
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and maintain proper storage of supplies
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from club staff
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards
- Report larger repair needs or safety issues to leadership
- Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, facility maintenance, or a similar role preferred
- Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
- Ability to perform minor repairs and general facility upkeep
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Regular movement throughout the clubhouse and surrounding grounds
- Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 50 pounds
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals, mechanical equipment, and varying indoor/outdoor temperatures
- Work may involve early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on club operations
