Recruiting Assistant - Sandy, UT
About this role
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general candidate inquiries.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service to candidates and internal team members.
- Support TA Managers with day-to-day administrative and recruiting tasks.
- Schedule interviews, meetings, and candidate appointments.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system (Paycor preferred).
- Assist with moving candidates through the recruiting and hiring process.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interviews, next steps, and general questions.
- Assist with job postings and maintaining job advertisements.
- Monitor recruiting email inboxes and respond to or route inquiries appropriately.
- Assist with resume reviews, candidate outreach, and other recruiting tasks as needed.
- Complete data entry, spreadsheets, reporting, and other administrative projects.
- Maintain organized and accurate recruiting records and documentation.
- Handle confidential candidate information with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide general administrative and office support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and fast-paced team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and comfortable answering phones and interacting with candidates.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Previous administrative, recruiting, customer service, or office experience preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR systems preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Must be able to work onsite in Sandy, UT
