Where You’ll Work
5N is a 30-bed postpartum unit dedicated to caring for antepartum and postpartum mothers and their newborns. Nurses provide family-centered couplet care, caring for both mother and baby. Our team is committed to delivering compassionate care, patient education, and support to families during this special stage of life.
We’re Looking For
Graduate of a Board of Nursing–approved nursing program
Active, unrestricted RN license (multi-state compact and/or state-specific as applicable)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Typically, 1 year of clinical nursing experience
Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
What You’ll Do
Deliver safe, patient-centered emergency care using the nursing process, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practice—monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and adapting care in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive optimal outcomes—promoting safety, quality, and patient experience while maintaining documentation, communication, and professional standards.
