THE ROLE:
THE PERSON:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support bring-up, validation, debug, and deployment of datacenter platforms, including servers and rack-scale systems.
- Develop and execute system-level test strategies covering functionality, performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Investigate and resolve hardware, firmware, and software issues across key platform subsystems.
- Analyze manufacturing, characterization, yield, and failure data to drive root-cause identification and corrective actions.
- Develop and enhance manufacturing diagnostics, automated validation infrastructure, and test solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, optimize manufacturing readiness, and support successful production ramps.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience or academic exposure to system-level product development, validation, test, or manufacturing engineering.
- Familiarity with datacenter server architectures, AI/HPC platforms, or related system technologies.
- Knowledge of Linux or Unix operating systems and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in complex computing systems.
- Understanding of technologies such as PCIe, networking, memory, power delivery, thermal management, and system firmware.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in cross-functional environments.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
