Administrative Services Temp
Job Duties
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, airport transfers, visas, and related billing.
- Support the daily operations of the administrative team, ensuring the office remains organized and efficient.
- Assist with space planning, office improvements, office buildouts, and facility management.
- Assist with company events.
- Manage multiple calendars, including scheduling appointments and conferences.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Required:
- The role requires working onsite.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An associate degree is required for candidates with no relevant work experience; a bachelor's degree (BA or BS) is highly preferred.
- Administrative experience in a high-tech environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and AI productivity tools.
- Ability to lift to 20 lbs.
Temp rate of $48-$52 an hour
