Program Manager, ANZ Public Sector

Key job responsibilities
- Support the ANZPS SLG leadership team with day-to-day operational planning, cadence management, and business rhythm activities (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs, and planning cycles)
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across sales, specialist, partner, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on SLG priorities
- Track and report on key business metrics, pipeline health, goal attainment, and operational KPIs
- Maintain and manage team planning documents, trackers, and dashboards
- Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps and implementing improvements
- Support annual and mid-year planning processes (OP1/OP2) including data gathering, narrative coordination, and timeline management
- Coordinate hiring activities including interview scheduling, candidate tracking, and onboarding logistics
- Executive Assistance to Head of Government
- Manage complex calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for the Head of Government
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and pre-reads for internal and external meetings
- Coordinate executive-level engagements with government customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Draft and manage correspondence
- Organise team events, offsites, and leadership forums
Basic Qualifications: - 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries experience
- 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
