No lash experience? No problem! We provide a comprehensive, hands-on training program to teach you everything you need to know.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional lash extension, brow, and other beauty services while maintaining the highest standards of quality and sanitation.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience that encourages repeat visits, referrals, and long-term client relationships.
• Actively build and maintain your clientele through excellent service, rebooking, referrals, and social media engagement.
• Promote your work using your personal social media platforms while collaborating with the studio's marketing efforts.
• Educate clients on aftercare, retail products, and additional services that enhance their results.
• Maintain accurate client notes and ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Stay on schedule and communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings to continue developing your skills.
• Meet individual performance goals, including rebooking, client retention, retail sales, and service productivity.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented studio culture while also being confident working independently and managing your own success.

Qualifications

• Active Kansas Esthetics or Cosmetology license (required).
• No prior lash extension experience required—we provide comprehensive training.
• Strong work ethic with a desire to build a successful, long-term career in the beauty industry.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating lasting client relationships.
• Comfortable promoting yourself and your work through social media and engaging with studio marketing initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, coachable attitude with a willingness to learn new techniques and accept feedback.
• Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage your schedule effectively.
• Sales-minded with the ability to educate clients on retail products, memberships, and additional services.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform detailed, precision-based work.
