Job Description

AlTi is seeking a Client Service Associate / Specialist to join our Singapore team. This role is designed for someone with strong client service foundations, ideally gained in Premier Banking, Priority Banking, Personal Banking or an adjacent wealth environment, who is looking to make a step up into the Private Wealth or Family Office client sector.

The successful candidate will support Relationship Managers and senior team members in delivering high-quality service to UHNW clients, families and related structures. The role will begin with a strong focus on client service, operational execution, account administration, transaction support, KYC, AML, cash movements and liaison with custodian banks and platform providers. Over time, the role is expected to offer exposure to broader Assistant Relationship Manager responsibilities, including client meeting preparation, client communications, portfolio administration and relationship management support.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who is polished, detail-oriented and professionally trained in a banking environment, but who now wants to develop deeper technical knowledge and build a long-term career in private wealth and family office client coverage.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service & Relationship Management Support
  • Support Relationship Managers in maintaining and developing existing client relationships.
  • Help ensure a high standard of day-to-day service delivery for clients, families and related entities.
  • Assist with client queries, requests and follow-ups in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
  • Prepare materials for client meetings, including valuation reports, portfolio information and relevant account documentation.
  • Attend client meetings or calls where appropriate, supporting with meeting notes, actions and follow-up items.
  • Support Relationship Managers in shaping clear, proactive and client-appropriate communications.
  • Assist in aligning service delivery with client needs, expectations and agreed relationship management plans.
Operational Client Service Support
  • Check that client orders have been executed and that execution details are in line with expectations.
  • Review settlement details and prepare funding instructions where required.
  • Monitor settlement activity to ensure trades, redemptions and sale proceeds are processed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain transaction records and support booking activity in relevant portfolio management or reporting systems.
  • Liaise with platform banks, custodian banks and internal stakeholders to help ensure client investment and account activity is properly serviced.
  • Identify operational issues, follow through on resolution and escalate where appropriate.
  • Support process improvements that improve accuracy, efficiency and the overall client service experience.
Cash Management & Banking Administration
  • Monitor client cash balances and liquidity requirements.
  • Process and oversee payment instructions, cash transfers and foreign exchange transactions.
  • Coordinate funding requirements with custodians, Relationship Managers and investment professionals.
  • Support the management of deposit and loan maturities and associated client instructions.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation and controls are maintained across all client account activity
KYC, AML & Risk Controls
  • Support client onboarding, KYC reviews and ongoing due diligence requirements.
  • Ensure client documentation remains accurate, current and complete.
  • Conduct appropriate checks relating to incoming and outgoing payments in accordance with AML requirements.
  • Escalate suspicious, irregular or unusual activity in accordance with firm policies and regulatory obligations.
  • Work closely with Compliance and Operations colleagues to maintain the highest standards of client governance.
Investment & Portfolio Support
  • Develop familiarity with a wide range of investment products, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, alternative investments, FX and cash management solutions.
  • Assist with investment-related administration and portfolio reporting activities.
  • Support Relationship Managers and investment professionals with portfolio review preparation and client reporting requirements.
  • Build an understanding of portfolio construction, investment strategies and wealth management solutions used across UHNW client relationships.
  • Gain exposure to investment discussions and client review processes as experience develops.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • With a minimum of 3 years’ working experience within Premier Banking, Priority Banking, Personal Banking, Wealth Management Support or a related financial services environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or relevant professional qualification preferred.
  • Exposure to client onboarding, KYC, AML, payments, investment administration or client servicing activities would be advantageous.
  • The ambition to build a long-term career within Private Wealth and Family Office.
  • An interest in investments, wealth management and financial markets.
  • The ability to thrive in a high-touch, client-focused environment.
  • Strong client service and stakeholder management skills.
  • A polished and professional communication style.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • English and Mandarin language is a must but other dialect e.g. Cantonese and other language capability would be advantageous given the nature of certain client relationships.
  • CACS, IBF or equivalent financial services qualifications would be beneficial.
