Lead. Mentor. Inspire. Make an Impact.
As a June Ski & Snowboard School Supervisor, you’ll do more than oversee daily operations—you’ll develop people, build teams, and help drive the success of the entire school.
You’ll work alongside instructors at every stage of their journey, helping new instructors build confidence, supporting experienced instructors as they refine their craft, and identifying future leaders. Through coaching, feedback, and leading by example, you’ll directly impact instructor development, team performance, and the guest experience.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of ski and snowboard instructors.
  • Provide meaningful feedback and individualized coaching to help instructors grow.
  • Observe lessons and support improvement in teaching, technical skills, and guest service.
  • Participate in instructor training, clinics, and professional development.
  • Build a positive, inclusive team culture where instructors feel supported and motivated.
  • Identify and develop emerging leaders within the school.
  • Help drive school-wide goals, results, and operational success.
  • Serve as a role model for safety, professionalism, guest service, and passion for the sport.
  • Support the daily operation of the Ski & Snowboard School while keeping instructor development and guest experience at the forefront.
Make an Impact
The most rewarding part of this role is seeing people grow. You’ll help an instructor gain confidence, watch a strong instructor become a leader, and build a team that delivers exceptional experiences for our guests.
You’ll also play an important role in achieving results as a school—developing a strong team, delivering an outstanding guest experience, supporting operational goals, and helping the Ski & Snowboard School succeed throughout the season.
If you’re passionate about skiing or snowboarding and equally passionate about helping people grow, the Supervisor role gives you the opportunity to turn your passion into leadership. Come help us build great instructors, great teams, and great experiences on the mountain!
Hourly pay: $27.00 - $38.23
Starting pay based on experience and PSIA/AASI or equivalent certifications*
