About the Role
Alpaca Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join an ABA practice and provide high-quality, individualized care to clients and families.
As a BCBA, you will work closely with clients, caregivers, and your clinical team to develop and implement effective treatment plans while supporting meaningful progress and skill development.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
Provide and oversee evidence-based ABA services.
Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
Make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with caregivers and other members of the care team.
Provide clinical guidance and supervision to behavior technicians, as applicable.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Follow BACB ethical standards and applicable state requirements.
Qualifications
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
Active LBA license
Experience providing ABA services.
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.
Current CPR certification
