Planning Manager

• Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers while identifying opportunities to expand the customer base.
  
• Conduct employee training or ensure that departmental employees receive appropriate training to maintain compliance with the quality management system.
  
• Maintain all departmental documentation relating to the quality management system.
  
• Ensure that employees are properly trained and competent in performing their assigned duties.
  
• Conduct contract reviews to confirm compliance with quality management system requirements.
  
• Prepare quotations and sales orders, and plan and execute production orders based on customer requests.
  
• Monitor production progress and revise production plans when necessary.
  
• Ensure that products are delivered to customers on schedule.
  
• Coordinate with relevant departments to determine capacity requirements relating to manpower, equipment, and materials.
  
• Collaborate with the Quality Department in developing and implementing quality plans.
  
• Ensure effective communication between departmental employees and all functions involved in product manufacturing and delivery.
  
• Maintain records and control all documentation relating to quotations and sales orders.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
  

Requirements

• College diploma, bachelor’s degree, higher qualification, or an equivalent credential.
  
• Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is preferred.
  
• Previous customer service experience, together with relevant manufacturing knowledge, is preferred.
  
• Ability to build trust and confidence with management.
  
• Good proficiency in all four English skills.
  
• Proficiency in ERP software.
