JOB OVERVIEW
A leading organization is seeking an accomplished Head of Talent Management to lead enterprise-wide learning, leadership development, and succession planning within a large, multi-site operating environment. The role will ensure workforce capability keeps pace with business expansion and that people-development priorities deliver measurable operational outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute an integrated learning and development strategy for frontline and corporate support functions.
- Build scalable talent, leadership, and succession programmes that strengthen internal mobility and management pipelines.
- Lead digital learning transformation, including LMS and e-learning solutions for a geographically dispersed workforce.
- Establish evidence-based learning analytics and link programme effectiveness to productivity, service quality, retention, and other business KPIs.
- Build and lead a high-performing talent management team while partnering closely with senior leadership and business functions.
Requirements
- Eight to ten years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or organizational development, including three to five years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong experience in large-scale, multi-site retail, FMCG, F&B, or similarly complex operating environments.
- Proven success in building functions, frameworks, or programmes from the ground up in a high-growth organization.
- Strong commercial acumen, including an understanding of store economics, workforce productivity, and operational performance.
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and translate business strategy into measurable people-development initiatives.
