Group CFO (Large Corporate Group)

• Define, drive, and supervise long-term financial strategies aligned with the Group’s overarching business objectives.
  
• Develop KPI/OKR frameworks and perform comprehensive performance evaluations across business units, products, and operational functions.
  

• Oversee the annual budgeting cycle, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning processes.
  
• Manage budgets and cash flow effectively to ensure optimal deployment and utilization of financial resources.
  

• Strengthen capital structure efficiency and manage the overall cost of capital.
  
• Monitor liquidity, working capital, and financial risk exposure across the organization.
  

• Implement and maintain effective internal control systems alongside Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks.
  
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and all applicable legal requirements.
  

• Lead the centralized accounting function, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across the Group.
  
• Assume full accountability for consolidated financial statements and management reports presented to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
  
• Act as the main point of contact for external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and financial institutions.
  

• Develop and lead high-performing finance and accounting teams.
  
• Champion digital transformation initiatives, standardizing financial systems and enhancing data management practice
