Deputy Sales and Marketing Director

• Advise on and execute domestic and international market, brand and distribution strategies.
  
• Set division objectives, KPIs and cross-functional operating processes.
  
• Manage nationwide dealer-channel activities, sales policies, territory planning and network expansion.
  
• Oversee project-market development and coordinate with project and technical teams.
  
• Direct marketing campaigns, brand management, trade promotion, market research and new-market development.
  
• Lead export-market development, distributor/partner acquisition, trade-fair participation and commercial negotiations.
  
• Oversee export market-entry strategy, legal/commercial risk and contract documentation.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Trade or a related field. 
  
• Around 7–10 years of professional experience, including 4–5 years in management.
  
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, distribution or electrical equipment is preferred. Strong English capability for technical documents and international business communication is required.
  

• Internal: Agency Sales, Marketing, Export Sales, Procurement, Project Sales, Technical, Logistics and executive leadership.
  
• External: Dealers, distributors, strategic customers, media/training/consulting partners, international partners, trade-promotion bodies and industry associations.
