Data & AI Manager

• Develop and implement the Data & AI strategy to support the company’s product development objectives and business growth.
  
• Manage, provide direction for, and develop the Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, and AI Engineering teams.
  
• Design, build, and operate a centralized Data Warehouse and Data Lake system. Develop and operate data pipelines for event tracking data sources and third-party data sources.
  
• Develop automated and visual reporting systems and dashboards, providing insights to support decision-making by senior management and departments.
  
• Design event tracking systems, establish measurement metrics, and implement A/B testing and cohort analysis to evaluate game quality, including retention, playtime, game economy, and other relevant indicators, as well as business performance, including ROAS, LTV, and other key metrics.
  
• Develop a data governance framework to ensure data quality, security, access control, and compliance in data utilization.
  
• Build Machine Learning models to analyze business data and player behavior in order to optimize user experience and revenue.
  
• Develop and implement internal tools and systems that integrate Generative AI solutions into the organization’s workflows to automate processes and optimize resources.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to translate business problems into technology solutions and promote a data-driven culture across the organization.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Data & AI, including at least 3 years in a management position.
  
• Strong understanding of large-scale data system architecture, with hands-on experience in building data warehouse and data lake systems on cloud platforms.
  
• Practical experience in integrating and processing large-scale data, as well as handling complex ETL/ELT data pipelines.
  
• Hands-on experience in establishing and implementing data governance frameworks, with the ability to control data quality and set up access permissions.
  
• Strong knowledge of statistics, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and other relevant methodologies; proficiency in BI tools.
  
• Experience in developing and deploying AI and Machine Learning models in real-world applications. Strong understanding of MLOps processes, with experience in applying Generative AI technologies and designing and building AI Agent systems to automate complex tasks.
  
• Strategic mindset, team leadership capability, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
