Customer Service Representative

• Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
  
• Maintain departmental documentation relating to the Company’s quality management system.
  
• Prepare quotations, generate sales orders, and create new part records in the system.
  
• Conduct contract reviews to ensure compliance with quality management system requirements.
  
• Support the Manager in coordinating and communicating with all departments involved in product manufacturing and delivery.
  
• Perform denied-party screening for international quotations and sales orders.
  
• Maintain records and control all sales order and quotation documentation in accordance with the Trade Compliance Manual.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
  

Requirements

• College diploma, bachelor’s degree, higher qualification, or an equivalent credential.
  
• Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is preferred.
  
• Previous experience in a customer service role, together with relevant manufacturing knowledge, is preferred.
  
• Ability to build trust and confidence with management.
  
• Good proficiency in all four English skills.
  
• Proficiency in ERP software.
  
• Good technical knowledge.
