Our client is a top-notch manufacturing company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
- Maintain departmental documentation relating to the Company’s quality management system.
- Prepare quotations, generate sales orders, and create new part records in the system.
- Conduct contract reviews to ensure compliance with quality management system requirements.
- Support the Manager in coordinating and communicating with all departments involved in product manufacturing and delivery.
- Perform denied-party screening for international quotations and sales orders.
- Maintain records and control all sales order and quotation documentation in accordance with the Trade Compliance Manual.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- College diploma, bachelor’s degree, higher qualification, or an equivalent credential.
- Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, together with relevant manufacturing knowledge, is preferred.
- Ability to build trust and confidence with management.
- Good proficiency in all four English skills.
- Proficiency in ERP software.
- Good technical knowledge.
