Home Veterinary Services is seeking a Medical Director to lead our collaborative small animal practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced veterinarian—or an associate ready to take the next step—who is passionate about high-quality medicine, team development, and creating an exceptional client experience.
This position includes the opportunity to participate in our Partner Track Ownership Program, allowing you to build equity while continuing to practice medicine. Job Description
As the Medical Director Veterinarian, you will serve as the pivotal leader of our hospital. Your role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to leadership and staff management, client relations, medical quality assurance, financial oversight of the practice in partnership with Regional Manager. This role is integral to the success of our hospital, and we are excited to have you bring your expertise and leadership to our team.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
- Active veterinary state license, ability to obtain one
- Current DEA License preferred but not required
- USDA Accreditation preferred but not required
- 5+ years of veterinary experience
