Responsible for supporting our repair and rebuild programs to ensure customer needs are met by releasing Work Orders to the shop, tracking completion dates and schedules. Releasing Repair Orders to outside vendors for assembly details and releasing Purchase Orders for shop materials. You will be tasked with solving complex issues and will also collaborate with team members across the department to assist them with their requirements.
RAA
Release Work Orders (WO’s) to the shop based on customer and schedule requirements.
Track WO’s for delivery/completion dates and keep customers updated.
Release and track Repair Orders (RO’s) with outside vendors.
Release and track Purchase Order (PO’s) for shop materials.
Maintain Master Schedule for product based on shop capabilities and customer demand.
Ensure all transactions are initiated and completed in the ERP system.
Work with a variety of software, hardware, and EPR applications.
Solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion.
Data mine system data for reports and leverage data to work with the team to identify improvements.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Must be able to data mine system data for reports
Experience working with Microsoft Business Applications such as Windows, Office, Teams, Outlook and Pentagon (preferred).
Experience working with ERP systems.
Knowledge of Computer Networks.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Exemplary customer care skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and multitasking skills
Associate degree or 3 years relevant experience required at the minimum.
