About this role

Your main responsibilities:

  • Act as a Financial Business Partner to the Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) and N2 Directors, supporting daytoday and long-term decisionmaking

  • Translate business and technology strategy into financial strategy, providing analytical commentary, high level financial modeling, and strategic presentations for executive leadership.

  • Provide financial input into strategic tech initiatives and adhoc business cases (e.g., build vs. buy decisions, modernizing systems, architecture investments)

  • Support scaling of a professional Initiative Portfolio Management framework, ensuring all product and tech initiatives have clear financial visibility and clear alignment with business goals

  • Proactively manage and optimize the technology budget, forecasts, and rolling plans, driving maximum efficiency and accountability across teams.

  • Drive value realization tracking (ROI/NPV) for key technological features and platform developments, establishing clear KPIs and data sources to monitor success.

  • Design and manage Management Accounts and KPI reporting in cooperation with Financial Controlling, ensuring that the BU Leader receives the best possible management information to drive and accelerate profitable growth.

  • Improve financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes to increase efficiency (automatization incl. AI to streamline activities).

  • Partner with Financial Controlling, Accounting, and Tax Teams to resolve management reporting, accounting, and tax issues.

This is the right job for you if:

  • You are a Finance or Business Consulting professional who can demonstrate 8 years experience in solving complex financial issues in a business environment.

  • You hold a professional finance qualification such as ACCA, CIMA and/or an MBA or MSc in econometrics or statistics.

  • You demonstrate deep experience in working with businesses engaged in retail or ecommerce.

  • You are focused on efficiency and process management.

  • You have strong communication skills in English.

  • You have outstanding analytical and numerical skills.

  • You have leadership abilities to drive and motivate people at all levels and across different organizational functions.

  • You are goal oriented, focused on achieving high impact results.

  • You are self driven and with a high ownership attitude.
