Service Technician & Erector – Tower Crane

Position Summary
ALL Carolina Crane & Equipment, located in Raleigh is seeking an experienced Tower Crane Technician and Erector. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits package. This position is eligible for a Candidate Sign-On Bonus of $300 payable after 100 days of continuous, successful employment.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for assembly, disassembly, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of tower cranes
- Diagnose, repair, adjust, overhaul, and modify components as needed
- Reads, understands and interprets operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints and technical drawings
- Prepare proper documentation of actions taken
- Able to work with diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting and repairs
- Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Must possess a strong electrical background and experience in troubleshooting programmable logic controllers
- Must have working knowledge of the current federal regulations for tower cranes and set high priority on safety
- Must be able to climb
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
