The Opportunity

As our Paris team continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Vice President to join our Turnaround & Restructuring Services practice.

This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging situations facing leading French and international businesses. You will advise senior executives, shareholders, lenders and investors, while leading high-performing teams through complex transformations requiring rapid execution and sound judgement.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who combines strong analytical capabilities with excellent client leadership and a passion for delivering tangible results.

 

What you’ll do:

You will:

  • Lead financial and operational restructuring engagements for corporate and private equity clients.
  • Advise executive management teams, boards, lenders and investors on critical business situations.
  • Develop and implement turnaround strategies focused on value creation and sustainable performance improvement.
  • Lead cash management, liquidity assessments and short-term cash flow modelling.
  • Review and challenge business plans, financial forecasts and restructuring options.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and contribute to business development activities across France and Europe.

 

What You'll Bring

  • 8–15 years of professional experience in restructuring, turnaround, performance improvement or corporate transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong financial analysis and financial modelling capabilities, including deep understanding of financial statements and cash flow management.
  • Strong commercial mindset with an established professional network and business development capabilities.
  • Degree from a leading engineering school or business school.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required. Additional European languages are a plus.

Additional Information

This role is based in Paris and involves regular travel to client sites across France and Europe.

Applicants must be authorised to work in France and be able to travel throughout the European Union.
