Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in
Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Computer
Science, or related field
Mandatory Skills – o9 Retail Assortment Planning (3–5 Years)
- 3–5 years of experience in Retail Planning/Merchandise Planning.
- 6months - 2years years of hands-on experience with o9 Retail Planning.
- Strong expertise in Retail Assortment Planning and Merchandise Planning.
- Experience configuring:
- Assortment Planning
- Product & Location Hierarchies
- Store Clustering
- Assortment Rules & Business Rules
- Planning Workflows
- Space & Capacity Constraints
- Assortment Planning
- Good understanding of:
- Category Management
- Range Planning
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Seasonal & Localized Assortments
- Retail KPIs (Sales, Margin, Sell-through, GMROI)
- Category Management
- Experience with ERP/POS/Retail Merchandising integrations (SAP, Oracle RMS, Blue Yonder, etc.).
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
