About this role
Aleph is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join an early, ground-floor team building critical software with outsized impact. You will partner closely with the technical CEO, CTO, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions with an AI focus across multiple product engineering teams.
What youll do
- Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute the product roadmap.
- Design, develop, and own complex features and software components end to end.
- Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code.
- Help establish best practices that lay the foundation for a high-performing engineering team and culture.
- Collaborate with Design and Operation teams to keep making Aleph better every day.
What Aleph is looking for
- Full-stack proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.
- Experience building frontends with React.
- Background as a balanced fullstack engineer or a strongly frontend-focused engineer.
- Strong collaboration skills with senior technical leadership (CEO/CTO) and cross-functional teams.
- Experience using MongoDB as an application database.
- Experience with BigQuery for data analytics and querying large datasets.
- Interest in AI-focused projects across multiple product engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
