Technical Designer - MF & Associates

Maintain full oversight of assigned projects, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of status updates.
Develop and manage project timelines in collaboration with the Department Head.
Translate schematic designs into comprehensive construction drawings and documentation.
Archive all submitted construction drawings and related documents for client records.
Ensure all consultants, contractors, and subcontractors have access to the latest drawings and documents.
Attend and actively participate in technical meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients.
Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary consultants, including MEP and structural engineers.
Facilitate the efficient exchange of relevant project information to meet deadlines.
Conduct site visits with the design team to ensure compliance with design documents and construction drawings.
Identify and address poor finishes, defects, or delays on-site to uphold design standards.
Research, select, and specify materials and finishes suitable for each project.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of budgets, construction schedules, and fee structures.
Utilize typical office communication tools to maintain organized and clear workflows.
Be readily available to address project needs and provide timely support.

Bachelor's Degree

Proven experience in technical design, construction documentation, and project management.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify design and construction issues early.

Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

Familiarity with material specifications, construction methods, and industry standards.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
