About this role
MF&Associates - An Alchemy Design Studio is seeking a Sr. Interior Architect with experience in delivering hospitality projects.
Develop, coordinate, and review architectural technical packages, including Design Development (DD), Tender, and IFC documentation.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants.
Attend site visits and project meetings, and coordinate the review of contractors’ RFIs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, local regulations, applicable codes, and hospitality brand standards.
Maintain accurate project documentation and support the timely delivery of technical requirements throughout all project phases.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
5–7 years of professional experience.
Proven experience in hospitality projects is required.
Strong knowledge of construction documentation, building systems, materials, specifications, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Proficiency in Revit is an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
