Plant/Production Supervisor
About this role
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily plant and production activities to ensure operational efficiency
- Monitor production targets and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations
- Manage production staff and ensure optimal workforce performance
- Prepare and submit periodic production and performance reports
- Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction
